• Limit quantities purchased per person or order

Shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. Shipping rates and delivery windows are disclosed during checkout.

We strive to deliver high-quality merchandise and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds/Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong item

Eligible For Partial Refunds/Replacements

•  The item was lost in transit (after a reasonable investigation), you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

 

Ineligible Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect size or color ordered (unless the mistake is ours)

• Items returned without prior authorization

Return Process

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Email us at iambilling4u@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the product, and a description of the issue. *If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

3. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping if applicable).

 

*There is no need to return the damaged product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Territory of the US Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the US Virgin Islands.
